Charity Mentors East Sussex

Charity Mentors East Sussex offers short term strategic support usually over a period of three to six months to a Charity who has asked for guidance. It costs nothing other than a commitment from the Mentee or Charity.

The way mentoring can assist a charity is by:

*             Producing fundraising plans

*             Identifying resource requirement

*             Assisting with job descriptions

*             Working through Trustee issues

*             Guiding strategic plans and focussing on financial structures

We have twenty Mentors drawn from a wide range of disciplines and our Coordinator matches the needs of the Mentee to the experience of the Mentor. We work closely with the Voluntary Organisations in East Sussex and we measure our success by feed-back from the Charity
